i issued a complaint

I know it's only 1 assignment but I feel like having 5 of it. Working in a group is relatively hard. 


It's hard when one of your member can't even compose anything in English. 
It's hard when one of your member can't fully commit even so she/he will do the work. 
It's hard when they expect you to be better in everything. 
It's hard when they keep asking unimportant questions. 
It's hard when they don't bother to volunteer to do anything else. 
It's hard when they can't seem to understand anything. 


I got nothing but complaints these days. I feel like I've been spoon-feeding them too much. I don't wanna be tough on them. I can be demanding and ambitious at times but please bear with me. I want them to be proactive and creative. My mind is exhausted just to think and compose every single word to make it a good assignment. Eventhough you guys are nice but when you can't commit to your work, it's pointless. I rather having a motivated bitch working with me than somebody who are nice but unmotivated. I may be older than you guys but please think like an adult. This is not highschool anymore. If you think that you can survive by holding onto others, you won't succeed. It may be the first semester and the subjects are quite easy, don't lose focus. I hate when something like this be taken lightly. If you want to get a higher mark, please do co-operate. I don't like to put on a face in front of you guys to be offensive. You should know better. I don't wanna treat any of you like a bunch of kids.
